Acid cleaner of hard dirt for railway transport means.
Description
Designed to clean the external surfaces of the train (passenger cars and locomotives, electric trains) from heavy, operational pollution - air and soil pollution, break and graphite dust, rust, dirt, salt stains, soot and oil. Effective at mid-season. Also used for treating acid-resistant surfaces and materials (metal, ceramic, plastic, glass, granite, painted surfaces, etc.) Cleaning methods include manual, spraying, using ADV and foam generators, mechanized washing plants.

Concentrated acid liquid detergent. Low-foaming.
EFFECTS
Well removes ingrained dirt both organic and inorganic, dissolves stubborn dirt, rust being effective in cold water. Is an effective tool for cleaning the rail cars in the autumn-spring period of operation.

SAFETY
Not flammable, water-soluble, biodegradable. Chemically stable on air, does not evolve any harmful substances.
OPERATING TEMPERATURES.
Does not freeze at the temperatures below 5oC. Recovers it’s usability after de-icing. Do not keep frozen for more than 5 days. MIX before use.
Instructions
Hand cleaning
• Prepare working solution of 3-8% concentration. Increase the concentration up to 20% for stubborn dirt.
• Wet the surface
• Beat up the solution until foam generates.
• Brush the surface.
• Keep on the surface for 1-2 minutes
• Rinse with clean water.
NOTE
1. The best concentration of solution may vary on environmental conditions. Washing time and temperature are always individual.
2. Do not let the detergent dry on the surface.
3. Test the surface before applying detergent.
4. Do not use the cleaner on enamel, brass or marble surfaces.
5. Recommended to passivate after cleaning the unpainted metal.

Wear special rubber gloves and clothing
In case of eye contact - rinse thoroughly with water and 2-3% solution of baking soda and seek medical advice.
Use in ventilated rooms, do not mix with alkalines.

Storage
Keep in a cool dark place in its original packaging at a temperature of from 1 to 20 C. Keep away from children. Avoid storage at high and low temperatures.
