Description
Designed cleaning and defatting of metal surfaces prior to:
etching in the process of hot-dip galvanizing;
mid-operational cleaning;
application of protective coatings;
etc.

Cleaning and degreasing of metal parts on any construction, repairs or production site.

Concentrated alkaline cleaner.
EFFICIENCY
Perfect wetting, degreasing and emulsifying tool. Effectively cleans and degreases metal surfaces of different level of contamination.
AFFECTING MATERIALS
If used properly, not corrosive to any alkali-resistant surface.
SAFETY
Not flammable, water-soluble, biodegradable. Chemically stable on air, does not evolve any harmful substances. Low hazard for human body.
OPERATING TEMPERATURES.
Freezes at -2oC. Might precipitate after de-icing (being usable). MIX before use.
Instructions
1. Prepare degreasing solution with proportions: 2-3% for A; 5-7% for B. Example: use 2-3 liters of A for 100L of water.
2. Make sure the T of solution is 45 to 70oC
3. Bath the item into solution and mix; or rub clean the surface.
4. Water clean the item.
5. Execute passivizing treatment if needed.
NOTE
The best concentration of solution may vary on environmental conditions.
