BIOMOL KM-GEL

Designed for cleaning cookers, grills, ovens, stoves, refrigeration, boilers for cooking, fryers, enamelware, pans, baking and other food equipment and utensils made of alkaline materials. To remove the edible fats and oils of both animal and vegetable origin, including burnt ones, long-standing deposits of smoke tar, soot, carbon residues from alkali-resistant surfaces.

Tool used:

- In cooking industry, catering and at home to clean food equipment;

- Productions of vegetable oils, cleaning tanks and other equipment from scale and polymerized oil on the surface, where the use of detergents is difficult;

- For wet floor cleaning, tile cleaning in the kitchen.

Highly alkaline ready to use gel cleaner

EFFECTS
Has a cleansing and degreasing action. Well removes stubborn deposits of vegetable oils, fats, proteins and burnt residues (on vertical surfaces as well). The dirt being softened and easily removed from the surface.

AFFECTING MATERIALS
No restrictions.

SAFETY
Not flammable, water-soluble, biodegradable. Chemically stable on air, does not evolve any harmful substances. L

OPERATING TEMPERATURES.
Freezes at low temperatures. To defrost the product keep the detergent in premises of 10C and higherfor at least 24 hours. After the product is restored, all consumer properties are preserved. MIX hard before use.

• Defoamer is being added to solutions of high foaming. Dosage of defoamer is 0.01-1ml on 1l of solution.

• To defoam the waste solution in carpet washing machines or floor washing machines, use 1-5ml of defoamer on 10L of solution.

NOTE
The best concentration of solution may vary on environmental conditions.
MIX HARD before use.

SOLUTION
Optimized blend of surfactants, alkaline detergents and additives.

LOOK
Gel Tint liquid (might change the colour depending on storage conditions). Slight opalescence and little sediment are possible.

12,20 ± 0,20 (1% of solution in distilled water)

Wear special rubber gloves and clothing
In case of eye contact - rinse thoroughly with water and 2-3% solution of baking soda and seek medical advice.
Use in ventilated rooms, do not mix with alkalines.

Package
Plastic chemical-resistant canisters of 5, 10, 20, 30 l, barrel - 200l.

Keep in a cool dark place in its original packaging at a temperature of from 1 to 20 C. Keep away from children. Avoid storage at high and low temperatures.
